Shiv's Rage boost ReactiveBarrier's barrier given on activation

If Shiv has full Rage, reactive barrier gives more barrier than it should be, people think it's because Rage boosts Spirit Scaling instead of damage itself.
This for some reason boosts not only shiv's damage and damage of his items, but also Reactive Barrier spirit scaling (so around 130 more barrier).
Reactive Barrier is the only defensive item in-game with spirit scaling right now, so this unique interraction is possible only with this item.
Healing Rite also has spirit scaling, but Shiv Rage doesn't boost it healing, also it technically boosts Radiant Regeneration on-spirit-attack heal, but i was unable to test it.
please please please valve don't remove spirit scaling from reactive barried, do something with Shiv instead

Doesn't seem like a bug nor does it seem terribly unbalanced since it requires shiv to get full rage, and has no defense from CC in his kit
i don't see anything like "While at full rage, Shiv gains increased damage, special properties on his other abilities and more shielding from reactive barrier" on his ultimate description, meaning this is a bug
also about "has no defense from CC in his kit" who does??? like, we are not fixing bugs because "character doesn't have defense from it" or what?

It's a bug because this interaction isn't explicitly listed in the ability's description? That doesn't make sense. Deadlock is a complex game and you can't fit every ability interaction in a short blurb.

Yes, you have to take balance and gameplay into account when you make changes to a game. Just because you call something a bug doesn't mean that it has to be instantly scrubbed away.
