Shiv's Bloodletting and Fortitude

I'm not sure if it's a bug but Shiv's Bloodletting has an annoying anti-synergy with the Fortitude cooldown of 10s, can you make it so that the Bloodletting doesn't affect Fortitude's cooldown?

Bloodletting already works with Healing Rite so I don't see why Fortitude shouldn't get the same treatment.

i was about to post exactly this. Also any stray lane creep shot will proc a decimal of bloodletting which will reset the regen (lane creeps normally dont cancel fortitude regen)
