Seven Ult Rework/Retool

I had an Idea(tm) about how to make Seven's ult more interactive for the person playing him, rather than just sitting there and drifting around:

Instead of his lightning strike being single use, it has charges that correspond only to the ult's overall cooldown, like Mirage's scarabs, and instead of just firing it off, you can charge it up - Charging up the strike makes it take more.. charges (max power is 3 charges) to cast, but increases the damage, strike radius, and CC duration. You can choose between many smaller, targeted hits, or a few (thinking 4 default charges, so two full charge casts if you have rapid recharge)

Another important thing to me is making the CC from the strike play more into the main DoT, for which i have 3-ish distinct ideas:
  1. Knockup and/or possibly a slow (thinking of a strong, decaying one like Capacitor's active cast, with increased charges making that decay much slower) to keep enemies stuck in your killzone
  2. Stun/Root - The above but more annoying (he already has a hard stun I think this would be silly, and knockup + slow would be more fitting of a lightning strike aesthetically).
  3. A centered pull, like Chain Gang, that drags enemies into the center of the strike. This would let you force escaping enemies out of cover or back into your radius. Could possibly be paired with a similar slow as option 1. This feels like the most interesting option but also a very volatile one. I think the vfx for it being like a lightning vortex would be fucking rad though.
Here's a visual mockup of what the full ability description would look like with these changes, plus a few changes to the upgrades and base stats that I just think would be nice and which work with the lightning strike changes here (and that might be more controversial than the strike changes lol), using option 1 (these are just loose numbers and from-the-hip ideas, don't sweat the specifics too much):

Another way of doing this that I think could also work really interestingly (and would let Seven still use Lightning Scroll :,| ) is to make the lightning strike use up ult duration, so you can trade overall duration for burst damage + CC, but that mechanical description would probably be even longer than the charge level thing here.
