Settings aren't saving.

Just adding another report to the pile to hopefully bring some more attention to this.

Settings do not save upon a game restart.

For myself, I can change my graphics settings and they will save upon a restart but I cannot change key binds for communication, or my chat wheel. It refuses to save and always resets to a previous version I had a few months ago.
