I have dealt with this issue since October 2025. Every time I launch the game, the graphics settings reset to default. Not only that, but some other settings save like my mouse sensitivity and 1 or 2 or the reticle settings. When I pick my heroes for the queue, I have about 10 heroes selected every time (some of which I have never played nor highlighted), I have to deselect all of them each time I start the game.
I have reinstalled the game, updated drivers, and verified game files. This is also on a fresh install of windows. This has been really annoying for months and I hope to get it resolved!
The character selections - I play billy and warden but most recently billy. I have never wanted to play the other heroes.
The graphics settings - resets to fsr2 (instead of dlss 1.7 with the dlss model being transformer). I also run on low settings except for textures, I turn off all the toggles below (the only one that stays is vsync)
The reticles - themed hero reticles stays turned off for some reason, motion stays toggled (I turn it off) and multiple other adjustments reset every single time I launch the game. I have to change ALL of these settings every time I launch. It has been frustrating!
