Seemingly random crash

While playing the game today I've had this crash happen to me multiple times. There doesn't seem to be rhyme or reason as to why it happens.
I've already verified the integrety of the game files after every crash and tried reinstalling the game. But nothing seems to help.
I do not and never had any mods installed. The crash message is in the image below

Same crash is causing me to eat leave penalties constantly.

The game does not launch, reports "downloading content" forever. Verifying integrity of games files does not work either.

Game only launches several minutes later - or on reinstall.

same im currently waiting on leave penalties until 10 because my game crashed i even made it back to finish the match

Same issue as frederik- game crashed mid game, and refuses to verify game files (or launch) without repeated re-launches of steam or my computer. Got my second ban for two hours after crash kept me from the game for 10 minutes. The game will always crash now if I don't verify the integrity of game files before launching into the game "citadel/pak01.vpk corrupted file" is the error every time.

I can confirm this issue
Before the crash to verify integrity used to have event viewer logs ever since the new and old gods patch every single crash have not lead to event view windows logs it is clear case of severe bugs
