Seemingly random crash

While playing the game today I've had this crash happen to me multiple times. There doesn't seem to be rhyme or reason as to why it happens.
I've already verified the integrety of the game files after every crash and tried reinstalling the game. But nothing seems to help.
I do not and never had any mods installed. The crash message is in the image below

Same crash is causing me to eat leave penalties constantly.

The game does not launch, reports "downloading content" forever. Verifying integrity of games files does not work either.

Game only launches several minutes later - or on reinstall.

same im currently waiting on leave penalties until 10 because my game crashed i even made it back to finish the match
