Scourge aura damage is unaffected by the -8% dmg penalty from Cursed Relic

Place Scourge on self or ally while carrying Cursed Relic and watch total damage of Scourge aura with and without Cursed Relic. It's the same. Does not matter if the Cursed Relic owner is the Scourge caster or the recipient of the aura.

Scourge damage is based on enemy max hp, so unless this behavior is not consistent with Decay or Toxic Bullets then this should be working as intended I think.
