[Saw Chains Man] Melee hero with 50/50 mindgame

I want a melee hero that can actually keep up with all the crazy movement this game have without ruining the fun of movement while still having to get into your opponent head with 50/50 mindgame. Apollo came close to this but he's a spirit charactor that can't be parry without counter spell.

Introducing: Saw Chain Man. A petty thief that specialised in snatch pocket watch by ripping the chain. When the man sold it the dealer said "Keep the chain" so that is what he always do, keep the spare chain. Then one day the man saw chain on tiny creature or you can say that the chain... saw... man...

Reason for participate in the ritual is to steal Rem's pocket watch.

Here are all the ability. you can imagine using 4 of these skills in any order it should give you a rough playstyle of the charactor if you still have no idea just read the last part of this post :)

Breakdown:
(1)Chain Combos, (2)Guard Break Slam, (3)Bullet Surfer, (4)Entagled Typhoon

(2) ability
is the core part of this charactor because 2 of his abilities ( 1, 4 ) can be parried so the 50/50 mind game is:
- if they will parry you use (2) ability to cancel attack and caught them with grab
- if they anticipate for grab you can let the attack go

So you get reward for making correct read or if you make a wrong read (as everyone does) and get stunned you can use your (4) ability to get out. but the (4) ability is also can be parried after 3s so if your (2) ability is on cooldowns you have to outrun enemies from close range or you'll get parried again but this time without a way out

(1) ability is for get into the fight and (3) ability is to get away from the fight
- (1) ability doesn't movement lock enemy so smart enemy can use this knockback to their advantage with movement
- (3) ability leaves you valnurable to melee attack so you can't use it in every situation
- Tier2 (3) ability Can be use with (1) ability to gain buff without getting push away

Im still not sure about what gun he'd use but something similar to Drifter's gun would fit this charactor
