In Sandbox mode, when you use the Grey Talon ult (Guided Owl) and if you hit one of the enemy hero bots you spawn in, it will kill the hero even if you have "No Death" turned on. I believe this was a bug fixed in the normal casual game mode where it would kill Yamato in her ult back when she was unable to die in that, but for sandbox mode it seems like it isnt fixed.
