Basic Description:

This is a hero that employs unique interlocking mechanics - combining projectiles that pierce, projectiles that stick to walls, and mutiple abilities to manipulate the movement of these at will. She rewards risky plays with her reflection bubble mobility spell; but if she miscalculates will go down quite spectacularly (a bit like phoenix in that regard) Her ult combines all these elements into a skillshot that hopefully creates some pretty epic gameplay moments, being able closely leash multiple enemies to a big-top spinning bullseye target.



Story
The Neon Circus is a buzzing hub holding thousands upon thousands of lives. A permanent, city-sized installation nestled in the heart of New York; its long standing culture of acceptance and strangeness embraces and epitomizes all things big top.

Riko grew up under the city's limelight; a natural performer and gifted knife thrower; her flawless performances would dazzle and delight the steady flow of tourists that passed each night through the city's streets. However, this growing praise and acknowledgement eventually drew the attention of a shadowy organization known only in whispers as "The Subtle Eye".

Kidnapped, experimented on, Riko was slowly transformed into a version of herself she could barely recognize - with newfound abilities she barely understood.

2 years later, released from her captivity without rhyme or reason; she returns to The Neon Circus, to find her family and tell them of what happened.

Alt fire -
Charges-up a dagger attack that deals x2 weapon damage and can pass through any number of units. Has slightly less damage/range fall off.

1. Shea_____________________________________
Riko throws her favorite buck knife "Shea", dealing spirit damage to any enemy heroes it travels through. Fully pierces enemies - Will bounce off level geometry once before getting lodged in a surface. If Shea strikes an enemy after it bounces they will be slowed. Stays stuck in walls until cooldown is finished and then travels back to Riko.

Cooldown: 30s
Spirit Dmg: 45 (scaling 0.8x)
Movement slow: -100%ms, decaying to 0% over 1.75 seconds

T1: Aiming path-preview extends all the way to Shea's final position
T2: Post-bounce hits will also silence movement abilities
T3: -15s cooldown

2. Pin Cushion _____________________________________
Riko incases herself in a bubble. For its duration Riko will travel in whichever direction she was traveling with whatever velocity she had. Any of Riko's or enemy projectiles that hit Riko while the bubble is active are absorbed into the bubble. Riko still takes damage from enemy projectiles but has spirit and bullet resistance for the duration. When the bubble ends, all absorbed projectiles will be fired back along their incoming trajectory. Riko is disarmed while inside the bubble.

Duration 2s (scales with duration and spirit)
Bullet and Spirit Resist while active: 45%
Cooldown 40s

T1: -10s cooldown
T2: Heals 90% of damage taken at the end of the bubbles duration
T3: Makes the bubble nearly invisible to enemies while using the ability (same as stealth rules but half the distance)


3. Scrap Metal_______________________________________
Passively allows Riko's weapon projectiles to stay stuck in walls for 4s (scales with spirit and duration)

Can be activated to instantly pull all of Riko's ability or weapon projectiles that exist in the world towards herself. Passing through enemies will re-deal their original damage in spirit damage. Upon contacting Riko, any projectile is destroyed. Instantly reloads weapons.

Cooldown: 30s

T1: When drawn back in, projectiles will take a slightly curved (0.6m max aoe x0.01 spirit scaling) path towards enemy heroes who are close to the original path.
T2: Riko's weapon projectiles can pass through +1 enemies before stopping (resets on collision with environment)
T3: -14s cooldown


4. Target Practice_____________________________________
Riko summons a stationary floating bullseye - if any of Riko's projectiles connect with the bullseye and have passed through an enemy they will leash the enemy to the bullseye. If the enemy was outside leash range they will be dragged into leash range over 0.6s. If the leash was created by Shea the duration of the leash is 2x. Enemies can be leashed to a bullseye once by Shea, and once by all other Riko projectiles. Recasting destroys the bullseye

Cast speed: near instant (0.2s)
Bullseye radius: 4m (scales with AOE)
Leash distance: 8m
Leash duration: 2.5 seconds (while bullseye exists)
Invincible on front
Bullseye back HP: 800
Bullseye duration: 14s
Cast Range: 40m
Cooldown: 70s

T1: Bullseye has +80% bullet and spirit resist
T2: Leash distance from 8m to 2m
T3: -35s cooldown

There are lots of cool ideas in the kit! The trickshot potential with Shea sounds fun & increasingly interesting as your familiarity with the map grows, and it'd be cool so see more utility ults like Target Practice, since the vast majority currently deal damage.

yeah i was imagining bouncing it off a wall to bring down a pesky vindicta or grey and how satisfying that would be :P
