Right click won't cancel abilities

Currently have "Change Cancel Ability Mode" set to "Cancel Key or the Ability Key", and binded to Mouse2. However, clicking mouse2 doesn't cancel out of abilities.

I do not have mouse2 bound to anything else.

This is particularly obnoxious on Vindicta's ultimate(the sniper), because I want to right click to cancel that and constantly get stuck in it - who the hell would zoom/unzoom with any other key? Double tapping Z or whatever her ultimate ability button is really annoying and counter intuitive, and I can't even rebind just her ultimate to right click.

Just leave it as default setting, nothing works smoothly right now, i have troubles with free cursor. So i stopped using it altogether, and now i use chat and middle button ping.
