Revolving Magazine (T2 1600)Upgrades from Extended Magazine+30% Max Ammo (Unchanged)+10% Weapon Damage (+4%)+8% Fire Rate (New)When you take Weapon Damage while reloading, increase your Max Ammo by 0.5 until your next reload.
A little twist on a Magazine upgrade, and a similar idea to Quicksilver Reload, definitely could be tweaked to be % instead of actual bullet count, as certain heroes could be completely broken with it, like mina and doorman.
