Upgrade to Mystic shot that resets the passive next bullet deals bonus spirit damage on ability usage

I love mystic shot and I think it's very strong, but it's a T2 gun item which gets sold later on.

There are a lot of heroes with grenades that build spirit, I think it would be a good idea to have an upgrade to mystic shot where it gives spirit and some weapon damage where on ability used it will reset the passive. This would fit in well with the burst grenade playstyles where you would fire mystic shot throw your grenade and then fire again for a good chunk of damage.

If it's too strong for every ability, then perhaps imbue an ability where using it will reset it, that way the dps from mystic shot doesn't become too crazy.

Kinda like a Lich Bane equivalent from League of Legends? I like it.

Considering the existance of charged abilities, I think making it have absolutely no cooldown when you use a ability could make it too strong. But maybe something like: On ability use, reduce cooldown by 6 seconds. So that it only becomes instant if you have something like Transcendent Cooldown, or if you use the ability twice. Still, I love the idea!
