"reset hero" testing tools option does NOT take away buffs

something I noticed while exploring new york. this includes but not limited to:
statue buffs
bridge buffs
rejuv buff
buffs applied by teammates (paige, healing tempo etc)

when i reset my teammate i'd like for EVERYTHING to reset, including bridge buffs
easiest to test on victor cause regen scales with spirit power

This also applies to permanent buffs from items like trophy collector, even though the item is sold. Hovering over the item in the shop will show you have a positive number of stacks; however buying the item again will correctly remove them.
