Have you always thought that weaker debuff active items did not receive as much attention as they deserve? Or have you, perhaps, always wanted to play as a dead body infested with spiders? Then mayor Craud is the character you are looking for!

STORY
Joseph Craud has been a proud supporter of the friends of humanity for most of his life, but unlike most he truly believed in the cause. To prove to his voters and supporters the monstrosity of non-humans he ventured into the deep all by himself.
The Person that returned did not act like their former self, now a much more kind and charismatic Craud won the hearts of many with their compassion and were set to be the next mayor of New York. Unfortunately their health began to rapidly deteriorate, their appearances in public became rare and their newly created party began to scramble for any option to cure their leader.
But nothing could cure the yet to be leader of New York, nothing except for the Patrons of course. Now with no options left, "Craud" are forced to lead not only his party but their team to victory. And with it, only one phrase will be uttered through the Cursed Apple:
"Believe in Craud – Stand with the crowd"
GAMEPLAY
Public scorn(single target, charge skill)
Grabs a handful of spiders and throws them at a unit. Unit hit by the ability receives an effect similar to "Decay" ability but a weaker version of it.
The skill can be upgrated by "Absorbing" other active debuff items, such as disarm or curse. After absorbing an active debuff item, the slot it occupied is freed and the skill is now capable of applying a weaker version of it.
However, there is a cap to the number of items absorbed. Their total cost can not surpass 6400 souls.
Upgrades:
•+1 charge
•duration of debuff extended
•now has an AoE
Sticky situation
Creates a spider web, slowing enemies caught in it. Troopers caught in the web get stuck in it, dropping bonus souls upon death.
Upgrades:
•extra radius
•lowers resistances of enemies in a web
•depleates 2 stamina upon entering a web
Whistleblower
Neutral camp transform into a spider nest. Spider nest slowly completes the camp, granting 200% of the souls and spreading them among the team.
Teammates with the lowest amount of souls receive more of them, allowing everyone to be equally strong.
Upgrades:
•upon completing the camp, grant all teammates a small damage boost
•number of extra souls is increased
•Ability can target an enemy trooper wave, converting them to your side and boosting their power
Shared plight
After a small preparation, bursts out with a wave of spiders, inflicting all enemies in range with a slightly weaker version of a skill. While this debuff is active on enemies, Craud is less resistant to all types of damage. When the debuff ends, spiders crawl back into Craud, boosting strength for a limited time.
Upgrades:
•smaller cooldown
•healing of afflicted enemies is lowered
•cooldown of enemy ultimates afflicted by the ability goes back a few seconds(For example, if Dynamo was about to use their ultimate, after being afflicted by Craud, Dynamo will now have to wait a few seconds until his ultimate cooldown resets back)

PERSONAL COMMENTS
I've always wanted to create a hero that would revolve around being a debuffer, using the tools that don't get as much usage outside being lane and midgame counters.
Unfortunately, due to inability to test for myself how strong or weak certain abilities of Craud would be, I decided not to include any types of numbers as to not force the character to be overpowered. I believe that this version of him is nice enough as it is, however, if it proves to be too much, certain counters could be implememted.
A couple of examples:
•Your teammates can shoot at spiders crawling on you to counter the 1st skill
•You can use any abilities on the web skill or just shoot it to destroy it, like Venators traps
•Infected camps and troopers can be freed from the infestation by attacking it for a period of time. You dont have to kill your own troopers, just punch them back to sences!
