Rem's Lil Helpers self-cast on ally interacts strangely with Tag Along

Rem is normally able to cast a lil helper on an ally to buff them. Rem is also able to self-cast while using Tag Along on an ally, with the effect applying to the ally instead of him. However these two functions do not seem to interact properly together, as while using Tag Along Rem is able to self-cast his helpers multiple times on the same ally, something which he cannot do normally.

To my knowledge, the lil helper buff does not stack when applied multiple times to the same ally, and combined with the fact you can only do this while using Tag Along, this seems like an oversight.

This wouldn't pose much of an issue if you're using the default casting mode, since you could consciously choose not to self-cast more than one helper, but I prefer using Press and Hold to self-cast. Since Rem's lil helpers work differently from other abilities with charges, holding down the button to self-cast one on an ally while using Tag Along on them typically results in the game rapidly applying all my helpers to the ally instead of just one, meaning I effectively wasted lil helpers charges for no reason, and am forced to wait for the cooldown to get them back.

I suppose this may be two bugs in one? I'm still unsure if casting multiple helpers on an ally is intentional or not, but it's still an annoyance when using Press and Hold, only wanting to cast a single one.

Steps to replicate:
  1. Set Alternate Casting mode to Press and Hold
  2. Have 2 or more lil helpers available to cast
  3. Use Tag Along on an ally
  4. Press and hold the Lil Helpers ability
Expected outcome: Rem casts a single lil helper onto the ally

Actual outcome: Rem casts all his lil helpers onto the ally
