Rem's Bedroom - Reloading Dyanmo's Gun should make the ceiling stars glow brighter.

Growing up, I had the same kind of stars Rem had on the ceiling. Holding a light up to them, would make them glow stronger (charged them up). Dynamo's gun is very bright. Holding it up and/or reloading it should make the stars glow brighter afterwards.

Note: you can use Active Reload to spam reload in the room.
