As you can see from the video, when activating tag along at the same time as getting hit with doorman ult you are not technically teleported to the baroness, instead you are stuck on your tag along buddy and then...hell. This happens when paradox switch occurs as well as reported by other players. Additionally, it sometimes happens where you get teleported to the baroness with your tag along buddy if they get hit by the ult as you tag along. I'm unsure if this is all the exact same cause/effect, but figure it is worth noting.
