I just had a game where I was able to hit enemy Victor and within 3s make him pop his ult. Normally when you kill someone within 3s you will get +10 stacks on your ult, but for some odd reason this is not how it works with Victor.
As seem in the first 2 clips that I've attached, both times I was able to hit Victor with my bird and within 3s pop his ult. But neither time I got +10 stacks.
In the last clip I tested it in the hideout to make sure, and as you can see when you hit Victor with bird and kill him within 3s, no stack. But if you kill him with the bird you do get a stack.
This is really inconsistent which makes me believe it's a bug, if it isn't a bug, then please consider adding this as a feature.
