Rem cannot Tag Along to burrowed Mo and Krill

When Rem attaches to a Mo and Krill that is already burrowing, Rem is stuck trying to fly to Mo but cannot tag to them until they finish burrow. This seems to have been in the game since Rem was released. Vid demonstration in sandbox
