I got kicked from the game because my internet went down and I disconnected from Steam. After getting the internet back up I reconnected to the match and we ended up winning. I received a game ban for an hour despite reconnecting and finishing the game. I also did not receive the ornament for the hero that I was playing in that game for the ornament challenge. Not sure why I would be receiving a ban when I was able to reconnect and still win the game and then not receive the ornament. Please fix this, thanks.
