Reconceptualizing Ravens kit (Raven)

Now I wanted to rework Raven entirely based around his original ult that punished people for looking at him. To make him a character that doesn’t want to be seen and it came out really interesting. With these reconceptions I want to show valve that the hero lab characters can still be salvaged based on what’s already there, from their abilities, and appearances, to their current lore
(I see Raven as more of a utility character, more than a spirit or gun character, they are a unique support for a fresh play style)

I dig the 1,3 and 4 a lot, imagining a welltimed Blinding Shot messing up a Lash big time if you aimed it at just the right time.
The 2 definitely seems a lot more niche, I'm thinking you'd mostly apply it on your carry farming the sidelane to hide him pushing the wave but not sure where else really.
Definitely very cool, would love to see Raven come back.
 
I really like raven I just don't know if they will ever add his 4 because of the frustration it causes. Then again, I guess we will see with the new heros.

Yeah, his 4 sucked in the past, it wasn't fun when you were forced to look at him. I feel like with this version of his 4, he has to go out of his way to try and damage you with it or use it to get you to stop chasing him while he’s in your backline. Again, raven would be better for utility with that case, image a team push, raven activates his ult because the enemy team is going to focus on the push, he gets all that free extra damage, forcing the enemies to turn away from the push
