Hello! I was suggested to make this post by a few people at this point, and I wanted to share the idea here! I had looked at Sinclair's Rabbit Hex and thought the idea of turning people into lil bunnies was very very cute, but then a concept hit me. Individual Bunnies based on which hero got turned! I drew up the whole of the current cast of 38 heroes as bunnies to show what I mean. I did my best to make them all interesting and also make sure it was still clear on who exactly got turned.
I also am going to list a couple of miscellaneous things from designing the bunnies, mostly because there's a few I'm very proud of for thinking of

I also am going to list a couple of miscellaneous things from designing the bunnies, mostly because there's a few I'm very proud of for thinking of
- The Lash keeps the Big Mustache, it just felt so iconic to me that it felt right to keep even as a bunny
- Pocket was a lil tricky for me to design due to me fussing over the scarf length, I decided in the end making the scarf about bunny sized instead made for a clearer look at Pocket
- I love the floating head and feet on Dynamo, so I wanted to include a few floating options too like the ears floating on top of the head and the floating bunny tail!
- Drifter and Mina were surprisingly easy to differentiate in terms of colors for me, since I took from both of their haircolors for the base and Mina's being more soft for lack of a better term, while Drifter's jet black was very stark. I almost went with making Drifter just looking like the bunny from Monty Python, but wanted to keep on theme. Still the idea is quite funny
- Kelvin initially gave me a bit of trouble as while I included 'clothing' on multiple of these bunnies, I didn't want to just throw a full parka on him, but then the idea of making him very wooly and warm to insinuate the warmth of the parka came to me and I felt that was enough to help differentiate. He keeps the Big Rock on him back of course though
- I like how Seven came out, but the hat gave me so much trouble drawing it. Its so iconic as a part of him that it had to be on the bunny, and I was ruing it every time I went back trying to draw him.
- I think the one's I'm least happy with are Yamato and Grey Talon, both gave me a lot of trouble. I was struggling with Grey Talon and Yamato I called it a day with giving the Big Long Head. However knowing they likely will get model reworks in the future puts me at ease since it means nobody will have to see Big Long Head Bunny.
- I was initially going to make Krill a tiny rat riding on top of Bunny Mo, but then the idea of tiny little bunny Krill was just very cute and I couldn't change it after that.
- Rem I kept still very creature since it felt right and as a little guy from the realm of dreams it would be a bit harder to force him into a shape he just isn't, not fully anyways
- I tried to change the paw colors whenever a character had gloves or a prosthetic to symbolize that when they become bunny.
- I also made sure to keep everyone's glasses when they had them mostly because I felt it would just be right, even if they can't stay on logically, I mean its magic so whatever! Stays on as part of the hex is what I say!
- I think my favorite in terms of how the design came out on these was Venator. The scarring and chomped up ear made for an excellent jumping point for me, and of course the bunny still is smoking. Trying to design him as a bunny weirdly made me appreciate his character a lot more since I was more ambivilent about him before setting on this task.
