Recon / support / Hybrid character kit idea.

Note : This is a fairly basic idea of a character type I'd like to see in the game, its not very refined, but I find making these fun idea dumps.




Weapon - Smg with binoculars on a strap

weapon is an smg similar to the one Billy has, but a bit weaker.

alt fire would aim down the binoculars, which doesnt do much on its own but interacts with his 3rd ability.




Ability 1 - Slowing darts
shoot two darts forwards, dealing 16 (0.35 spirit scaling) damage, and inflicting -10% movement speed and dash distance for 5s.
stacking up to 4 times.

1AP : +1 charge
2AP : targets also receive -5% gun resist for every stack.
5AP : +2 max stacks. struck enemies inflict 25% buildup of your gun items per dart.




Ability 2 - Adrenaline shot
Use the adrenaline shot on yourself or an ally within 10m granting 50% slow resist, +30% movement speed, +20% resistances, and +40% debuff resist for 7s

1AP : +8m use range
2AP : Targets are now cleansed of non-ultimate debuffs on use
5AP : -9s cooldown. Targets now have all abilities cooldowns reduced by 10s on use (except this one)




Ability 3 - Take the advantage
Passive : aiming at an enemy directly with alternate fire for 2.5s marks them for 5s, making them visible with an outline to your team within 25m, targets are not informed when they are marked.

Active : Leap to and latch onto wall within 12m, while on wall, turn invisible after 3s of no non-alternate fire or slowing dart actions, and regenerate stamina 100% faster.

1AP : +15% bullet resist while wall-latched, and +15% bullet resist for 5s after marking an enemy.
2AP : Allies are now granted block equal to 10% of damage dealt to marked enemies. (up to 10% of their maximum health and lasting up to 6s)
5AP : When you or an ally shoot marked enemies, increase marked duration by 1s (1s cd).




Ability 4 - Scanner drone
Create a scanner drone with health equal to 20% of your max health + 60 (1 spirit scaling)

Enemies within 15m of the drone are inflicted with mark for 5s, and any debuffs on them wear off 30% slower.

Whenever an enemy in the drones area and LoS is attacked by an ally, the drone will shoot them for 70 (0.7 spirit scaling) damage. (1.5s individual cooldown)

Pressing the ultimate ability again causes the drone to fly where you marked within 40m, using while outside that radius recalls the drone.

110s cooldown (cooldown does not begin until duration ends)



1AP : +6m drone area
2AP : +30% total drone health.
5AP : pressing the ultimate ability key while looking at an enemy will cause the drone to follow them, gaining -0.75s shooting cooldown against that target.
