Recent update performance hit

I am on linux, I experience huge jitters and performance hit ever since celeste got released. I tried to isolate issue and it seems to run much better without celeste in the game. Without celeste in the game regression is barely noticable (although I might be experiencing placebo and it's ). I tried integrity check, changing proton versions, clearing GPU cache. Vulkan dx11 switch and vice versa. I play with steam overlay turned off

I am getting log spam, when the issues is present.

[SteamNetSockets] Waited 2.7ms for SteamNetworkingSockets lock [GetSessionConnectionInfo]
[SteamNetSockets] Waited 2.0ms for SteamNetworkingSockets lock [GetSessionConnectionInfo]
[SteamNetSockets] Waited 2.2ms for SteamNetworkingSockets lock [GetSessionConnectionInfo]
[SteamNetSockets] Waited 2.1ms for SteamNetworkingSockets lock [GetSessionConnectionInfo]
Restarting does not yield any improvements, however clean shutdown seems to be working, at least sometimes. Then usually logs are gone or at least not spamming anymore until next reboot, then FPS drops and jitters are back.

I'm also having FPS issues related to restarting/rebooting the OS.

3 Clean Shutdowns and the game runs just fine between them. After a restart however, the issue comes back. My console is being spammed constantly by the same log and my FPS in the hideout from ~140 drops to ~80.

In match, it's even worse to the point it's barely playable.

I will however mention that when it comes to me, I've had this issue before Old Gods, New Blood update.

Seems to be an issue of sorts to the OS level. However, Deadlock is the only game where restarting the OS seems to be affecting the performance in a negative way.
