"Recent Damage" window is probably not working as intended

for both "incoming" and "outgoing" damage, it appears that it randomly shows damages done to/by other heroes, sometimes only showing those and not showing any relevant damage.
most of the time I have damages caused by my own teammates shown to me as "incoming damage" in the screen.
this isn't rare and the screen is broken pretty much every single time there is a teammate around.

This is a very common bug especially late game. I think the devs will likely fix it later as it doesn't really hurt anything and end of game graphs still display correct data. This has been going on for a while.
