If sticky bomb delivers a killing blow, damage is re-instanced

This test was against 2 targets where one target is killed by sticky bomb in a setup like this:

The targets near the death will take 2x damage and this can be confirmed using the damage tool in game showing that among two targets there are three hits counted for one bomb cast.

This re-instancing of the bomb effect also causes bebop to accrue an additional hit stack from any target damaged including the target that died to the bomb. This results in a single bomb accruing 2.5% from the kill as well as 1% from 4 hits for a total of 6.5% stack bonus.

This is only happening when the bomb deals the killing blow and appears to occur any time the bomb kills anything: troopers, denizens, guardians. Any of those being killed by bombs will cause the damage instance to reoccur.

I suppose the moment the bomb kills, it should simply do an execute and bomb where he dies. Only executes when after damage calculation it does a kill successfully. That combine the execute damage as part of the sticky bomb, that way it can still count as the appropriate amount of kills.

This is because of how the player goes from existing to non-existing, and requires there to be a target for the bomb to ka-blow. That's why it's likely reinstancing the damage.
