Rebinding Self Cast (IVY)

Hello, I am trying to rebind my self cast button from mouse3 (middle wheel mouse click) to mouse2 (mouse right click), and on Ivy's 4, her air drop ability, it won't allow me to self cast her air drop unless I keep the binding default.

I'd like to add this worked before the last major patch and affects all items and ability with target casting. It seems unintentional that you can zoom/alt-fire in target casting mode when you aren't able to fire.

In the meantime I've rebound self-casting to middle mouse, but this makes it easy to accidentally enter the ping menu or trigger the scrollwheel.
