for reference this is the button below ESC on 75% keyboards and above for all you 60% & 65% keyboard users. (`/~)
when crouching/sliding and you use the default binding for alternate cast, it works just fine. the alternate cast will work as intended and the ability/item will self cast, or do whatever it is intended to do.
but, when holding CTRL (crouching/sliding or even in the air) and attempting to use my own binding (`) for alternate cast, the ability/item attempt do it's standard function rather than alternate. CTRL MUST be held first for this glitch to happen. i can alternate cast just fine if standing normally with my binding, just not while holding CTRL. this seems to be a unique problem for `, as i tried to replicate this with other bindings and they seemed to work just fine.
after some more testing, it doesn't seem to matter if CTRL is bound as your crouch key or not. if you hold CTRL then attempt to alternate cast with ` as the binding, the alternate cast will not work. my theory is that CTRL+` is some shortcut in deadlock or windows and is interfering with it casting properly somehow? (especially since you can hold ` and THEN CTRL and cast while crouching perfectly fine.)
