Ranks seem to be broken/unfair

When I started playing, I was calibrated at Acolyte 2. Over my last few matches, I’ve had a win rate of over 80%. But while my friends have climbed 6 ranks, I’ve only gone up by two. Even though I have positive stats on several heroes, my rank just won't budge.

Please fix the rating system.
