Rank seems to be broken

Just adding another bug report about rank but from the other side, my fiancee and I basically only play together, but I'm alchemist 3-5 and she's stuck at initiate 2. We literally play every game together, I think I've played 3 times without her. We basically can't win games anymore unless we play street brawl, I don't even want her to rank up can I please be de-ranked??? I don't belong here I suck at this game, and even statlocker knows it, statlocker thinks I'm initiate 4. (Screenshots for evidence)

Just to add to this, I main rem and doorman as you can assume, and she mains graves and celeste and often gets double my kills and half my deaths. If anything she should be the one in alchemist I'm like kind of garbage at this game.
Edit: On top of that, she'll get MVP in a game with 13 kills and 2 deaths, meanwhile I'll have 2 kills and 10 deaths and I'll go up a rank while she stays initiate 2.
