Rank not changing

Hello! I have a problem with the ranking system. I understand everything — I’m at the very bottom, Initiate 1, and yes, I often lose, sometimes I even go on losing streaks. But at the same time, I also get wins when my team comes out on top.


The issue is that my rank doesn’t change at all. Even if I win one match after a series of 10 losses, there’s absolutely no progress. It feels like the ranking system is “stuck” and not updating.


Could you please tell me what to do and how to fix this? Maybe it’s a bug or there’s some condition I need to meet for the rank to update?

You have 10% winrate you wonder why you are not ranking up??
this is normal, i win about 50% of my games, that doesn't mean I will rank up.
to rank up you need to consistently win your games above 50% and especially if you win against higher elo
