I believe there is a bug affecting my account’s ranked progression. My visible rank has been stuck at Initiate I for a long time, even though I consistently play against higher-ranked players (Seeker IV–V lobbies), win regularly, and have a high winrate on my main character (currently ~63%).
I usually queue with a friend who is already ranked Arcanist, and in nearly every match we face high-tier opponents. Despite winning most games and performing well (I’m almost always positive in K/D), my rank simply doesn’t move at all.
I’m attaching a screenshot showing:
• My current rank and visible stats
• My match history and winrate
• The average rank of players I’m queued with/against
Please check if there’s a bug or something wrong with my matchmaking rating (MMR) or progression system.
