I think this has been reported before but maybe without this insight - it's not a simple case of hero-specific keybinds not being restored, but they are selectively not being restored with no discernable pattern. At the moment each time I load the game I have to set my Wraith keybinds, but I notice that the green dots that show which heroes have keybinds will change each time. Most of my heroes have tweaks and only a portion of them are restored each time. Additionally, sometimes only a part of my keybinds for a hero have been restored, e.g. for Wraith I noticed one only my alternate ult key was restored while my cast options had not.
There also seems to be an element of corruption happening. I've been playing for a year and my keybind which I set a year ago are always restored (thankfully). It's only new keybinds which suffer from this problem. I also tried to test it by changing my keybinds for Wraith, which were stable, and then that caused them to become unstable (this was a huge mistake).
I'm a developer so one day I resolved to fix this but I really couldn't get to the bottom of it. Backing up and removing the files which contain my keybinds did not work, in fact they were restored by Steam, so perhaps there is some race condition with the Steam Cloud Saves mechanism. With that being said I couldn't identify which exact file stored the per-hero keybinds so I'm at a bit of a loss.
I would love it if this was prioritised because it's greatly affecting my gameplay. Thanks!
