Rank Doesn't Pop Up Post Game after Increasing or Decreasing

Ive noticed some people when they post changes to their rank it shows a pop up of what their rank is.

But I've been playing for a while and have the setting turned on but have never seen this animation. It seems like a pretty consistent bug

I've had the same experience my whole time playing as well, turned it on the first time I went through the settings and always wondered what it did.
