RANK BUG

I don’t know how the rank and grade system works. I’d like to understand how many wins it takes to rank up or down. I’m currently Initiate 2 and I can’t seem to rank up despite having a lot of wins. Is it possible that my rank is bugged? I’d like to understand, thank you very much.


P.S. While I play with my friends, they rank up and down, while my rank always stays the same.
