Rank Stuck

I haven't seen my rank update once since I started regularly playing after the last batch of characters dropped. Friends that I queue with will see rank changes from match to match, and my own doesn't move up nor down. Is rank purely determined by win/loss rate? I don't care if my rank stays low, I just wanna get to a rank where my games aren't forfeit because my team forgot what the main objective was...

Same here - I started the game as initiate IV. Since then I have:
- played 46 matches
- won 26
- 56% win rate

No rank up

Update:
My rank's finally unstuck randomly? It's been a slow climb, but I'm close to leaving initiate and I'm getting closer to less goofy ass games lol
