Pretty sure my rank is bugged, seems like a general error

I have seen it already in this forum, im initiate 2 and playing with a friend of high rank, even with high winrate (won like 6 matches in a row and like 80% win rate in the latest 20) and outperforming in most matches i never rank up nor down, my friend in emissary has ranked up twice already

This is the same issue i am having, i am initiate 2 and got about 8 wins back to back and never changed rank. I dont know how to fix this or if it will do it on its own but now i feel bad playing against other initiate 2 players because i shouldnt be ranked there anymore that is people learning the basics of the game.
