Radiant Regeneration is triggered by Pocket's Affliction and Decay - abilities which state that they do not trigger items.

To be clear, I specifically refer to the health per second you receive for dealing spirit damage to the enemy.
Mystic Regeneration does not have this issue.

this is also true for mina 3. So looks like its item specific issue.
