Quick Ping keybinds reset when the game opens

As per the title, my quick ping keybinds (or at least one of them) reset whenever the game resets. Specifically, I have a quick ping bound to a button on my mouse (numbpad 8) that I want to be "Be Right Back", but every time I reset my game it reverts back to "Press The Advantage".

Been struggling with this bug as well. For me, it resets all 5 quick comms options back to "Going In". Kind of a hassle to have to sift through all 5 dropdown boxes and select the ones I need every time I boot up the game. Hopefully they fix this soon.
