If you, as Dynamo cast Quantum Entanglement while looking up, the most vertical possible, it will cast on top of yourself. if you adjust the angle to be slightly lower it will work, but straight vertical it will bug out, and you will appear in the same spot you just were. this happened to me during a match but you can reproduce it very easily in the testing area.
