Dynamo Quantum Entanglement moves Ivy Stoneform damage

Found this by messing around with abilities, when you use Dynamo's quantum entanglement when ivy goes into her stone form, the area dynamo is aiming at will become the center of the damage from ivy's stoneform

not sure if its a bug, or intended interaction!
