When Quicksilver Reload takes the damage from an ability over 80, Mystic Burst doesn't proc. This also applies to Tank Buster and 165 damage, and Mercurial Magnum on both. I was able to produce this on Drifter's 1 and Apollo's 3, but haven't tried any others.
