projectiles disappeared after exiting game and re-entering

Match 28073315. Paradox's health bar disappeared for me, even when they were near my character. I tried turning the game off and on, and after re-joining the match all my projectiles started to act weird, some game sounds were muffled or absent, and bullets were not flying, but hits were registered. It looked like some of the game functions did not load up.
