Game completely broken after huge lag and disconnect, after rejoining game this happends

No ammo count, hud broken, abilities dont show as active, some sounds missing, animantions broken
Happends second time today for me

What happend is game had a huge lag and disconnected me by itself to main menu. Whats is shown in clip is happening after i reopen game and rejoin match

Sad thing also that i got banned from queuing game for 6 hours for leaving this match, caz it was unplayable due to this bug

Yeah I get this sometimes too, it goes away randomly in a few minutes or I found when you grab a bridge buff or similar item off the map. It's strange.
