Game crashes leading to 6 hour bans

I have tried several drivers, new, old, "pro", and normal for my graphics card... also, I know in your thread (@gamadar ) you were mentioning something around updates. I just got it on the first launch of the program today and I dont have any updates since dec 26. That being said, it let me validate the instant I closed the program this time.

Hey ! The exact same situation happened to me 10min ago, got a VPK crash out on nowhere. I got 135Hours in this game and got this crash 4 times. I also have AMD hardware, GPU and CPU. Both pretty new (7900 XTX and 7800X3D).

The things is, I also got 24h ban even tho I could go back in the game 6minutes later (impossible to launch the game right after the crash, I need to resart, launch a different game and pray). I finish the game (as unpleasant as it was because of the souls gap). I didn't quit this game and apart from the 4 crashes, I NEVER rage quit or anything, never. But still got a 24h ban, for 4 crashes on 135h.

Not very happy about it tbh...

bro same. i just posted in another thread the same issue you had above. its incredibly sad as the game is fun as hell. would be lovely if they could review true crashes vs. rage quit type scenarios. ive seen full teams crash at once due to this bug and it completely ruining matches. i get its still an alpha game, but the heart can only be punched so many times before it gives out. ive resigned myself to wait. wait a few months for the devs to get back in the office, warm back into work and start waving their wands and fixing up some stuff. i can only imagine the boatloads of work they will be coming back into.

I just checked mine and I do have an error, so I am throwing in some new ram. I don't know if it is the cause or not, but figure it doesn't hurt fixing in general.

I just wish there were ways to:
1. Allow us to fix the issue and get back in on a crash before the 5 minutes elapses
2. Allow us to reset the ban timer so it isn't 24 hours between crashes.

I have been trying bot matches so many times (it's pretty boring at this point because the bots are not very good) and it crashes way less, to not at all almost. That makes it tough to have confidence going into real player matches considering I have had the vpk crash more than once in a match before.
