not sure if its bug or a feature, but basically, when you enter Match details and select lane stats, you are able to click on player-s name and be able to see their history.
I assume this will be implemented in future for sure, with option of profile being private, but atm, it looks like possible bug, since you cant (or i dont know how) enter non-friends profile like this.
