[UI|Party] Minor UI Bug - Scrollable Friends List in Party UI Mistakenly Scrolls After Profile Interaction

Summary: Minor UI/UX bug. After a specific series of interactions, the "friends" part of the party UI will scroll down without my input.


Repro: 100% (10/10)

1. Navigate to the "Party" menu from which you can create a party and invite steam friends.
2. Click on "Create Party Code to share"
   1. 
3. Click on your own name in the party, click on "View Profile"
   1. 
4. After your profile comes up, press esc or click the back button to back out
   1. 
5. Click on "Leave Party" to leave the party
   1. Note: this also works with the "leave party" from main menu
6. Click on "Create Party Code to share"
7. Observe that your friends list to the right (should it be scrollable) scrolls down without your input

Expected Behavior:
I would expect the scroll part of the friends list to remain at the same location as it was when I created a new party.
