"Pops, The Nuclear Father" Frontline/Support

I will be very straightforward, I have no artistic capabilities whatsoever so this will be completely text based. I've done my best to format this and make it grammatically proper.

Passive: Family Bond

Description:
Pops generates an aura of Family Bond around him. Each nearby ally within range builds a stronger connection with Pops over time, represented by a “bond meter.” As the bond grows stronger, the affected ally receives bonus stats (such as increased health regeneration, damage resistance, or movement speed) depending on their role. The longer they stay near Pops, the greater the bond, but if they stray too far, the bond weakens. Pops' abilities grow stronger depending on how many allies are within his Family Bond range.

Effect:

  • Bond Range: 15 units.
  • Bonuses at Max Bond: +10% Health Regen, +5% Damage Resistance, +5% Movement Speed.
  • Strength Bonus for Pops: For every ally at max bond, Pops gains +5% bonus shielding on all abilities.

Ability 1: "Pat on the Back"

Type: Targeted Buff
Description:
Pops gives an encouraging atomic "pat on the back" to a nearby ally, restoring a portion of their health and temporarily increasing their defense. If the ally is within Family Bond range, the pat releases a wave of atomic energy, giving additional shields to all nearby allies.

Effect:

  • Base Heal: 150 / 200 / 250 / 300 (scales with Pops' max health).
  • Defense Buff: +10% Damage Resistance for 4 seconds.
  • Bonus Effect (Max Family Bond): A 5-unit radius pulse that shields all allies for 100 / 150 / 200 / 250 for 5 seconds.

Ability 3: "Atomic Temper"

Type: Knockback/Damage
Description:
Pops channels his inner frustration, slamming the ground with his mechanical fist and releasing a burst of atomic energy, knocking back enemies in a cone in front of him. If Family Bond is at max strength with at least one ally nearby, the shockwave will also restore a small amount of health to Pops and his bonded allies.

Effect:

  • Damage: 100 / 150 / 200 / 250.
  • Knockback Distance: 5 units.
  • Bonus Effect (Max Family Bond): Pops and nearby allies heal for 5% of their missing health.

Ultimate: "Nuclear Family"

Type: Teamwide Empowerment
Description:
Pops unleashes the full power of his nuclear fatherhood, creating a massive area of effect around him that buffs all allied teammates on the map, as long as they are within his Family Bond range. For a short time, all allies receive enhanced damage, shielding, and cooldown reduction, symbolizing the unstoppable strength of family unity. Any enemies caught within the immediate blast radius are stunned as Pops' radiating energy disrupts their movements.

Effect:

  • Buff Radius: Global, but only affects those within Family Bond range (25 units).
  • Damage Buff: +20% Damage.
  • Cooldown Reduction: -20%.
  • Shield: 200 / 300 / 400 (scales with Pops' max health).
  • Enemy Stun Duration: 1.5 / 2 / 2.5 seconds in a 10-unit radius around Pops.
  • Duration: 8 seconds.

Pops' Appearance is undetermined as of yet, however my basic idea is that he's the spitting image of a quite literal nuclear father, with a proud stance with a handmade tobacco pipe. The passive has a constant green aura that visually shows if you're within his range or not, and gives any teammate within range an ionizing glow.
Balancing the abilities was a concern for me, but considering he was a concept, I realized it didn't exactly matter. It would be up to the developers if they chose the idea to be accepted in some way.
